The Runbayou: Prepare for Boston training program will begin Tuesday January 31st.
We'll meet at the Memorial Park Tennis Center (Houston, TX) at 4:45am (yep, that's darn early).

How many miles will we run on Tuesday and when will we finish the workout?
The workout will take approximately an hour and a half. We should be done ~6:15am.
We will warm up for ~2.5 miles, do the hill workout, and then run ~2.5 miles for our cooldown.
The actual hill workout will take about 45 minutes.
